Being at a small firm, there aren't the pressures that you get from a large firm. Work flow and be flexible and my schedule is pretty much at my discretion. I have the opportunity to work directly with financial institution clients and a have a direct impact on their successes and have the ability to see that success.
Cons
The comp structure is reasonable but you need to be there for several years to get to a competitive salary. Benefits could be better. Pretty typical for a small company
