I really appreciate the leadership at Proco-LLC. They do a wonderful job with creating actionable goals and provide consistent training and support to meet those goals. I appreciate the recognition of achievements and motivation to accomplish more. The management does a great job with balancing our workloads and listening to feedback.

Will take advantage of your hard work at any and every turn, no support, your supervisor is less qualified than you are usually, they fake inclusion and diversity but it's pretty clear by what they don't celebrate and what is left out of celebrations. Oh! And get ready to go back into the 90s, no piercings or unnatural hair color allowed. Required tons of people to come back to the office unnecessarily bc they made a huge mistake purchasing a large office- you get the punishment of that.
