Pros

Everybody is nice, great product, decent pay.

Cons

They cap expenses at $500 per month and anything over your on your own, and it takes more to manage a whole state. Start pay is low and once you hit $50k monthly gross you lose all expenses they come out of your pocket and you make less than before hitting this benchmark.

Pros

The benefits are the only decent thing about this company.

Cons

The leaders here at ProGuard Warranty are awful when it comes to communicating with employees. Most of our supervisors don't seem to care at all, so they communicate with us lazily. This is huge problem, especially considering that we have a fast-paced and stressful workplace. So, pressure compounds on the employees given the lack of support from the leadership.
