Pros
Excellent management, growing well by doing good, with, to and on behalf of its beneficiaries and staff. The CEO is not only brilliant, she is also a wonderful problem solver, able to steer the organization with both expertise and emotional intelligence. She is not only wonderful to work for - she is also someone to learn from in every way.
Cons
This is a really excellent place to work - I'm not sure there are cons. I guess that as a small nonprofit the salaries may not be super high, but they are competitive. Most of the staff works remotely, which can be a pro or a con, but I found that Monisha does a great job keeping people connected.
