The office had a great culture. It seemed that everyone was interconnected. Small office environment where everyone had known each other for some time. Liked to have events like game night or go see movies together.

It seemed like everyone liked to bond over grabbing a drink after work, but I was yet to be 21 so it still felt like I was sitting at the "kids table". Not an issue though as I still felt very included and there were other opportunities for team bonding.

US office is well managed and a force to be reckoned with. Great coworkers and environment to develop and gain many experiences.

It's hard for me to find cons in the company itself but there is sometimes miscommunication between US and German office sometimes. Since US subsidiary is relatively new in terms of the longevity of the entire company, the engineers in US office might be held in a little less regard and their work looked upon with more scrutiny. Other than that, management is usually aware of this and helps the guys along if needed.
