Pros

Company is apparently stable and continues to grow. Collegues are very helpful and a pleasure to work with. Can work independently with minimal management in my daily routine. Company is well organized with positions and roles clearly defined.

Cons

PTO has to be used for Sick time off. In my past jobs sick time was separate, and in some cases there was no limit to sick time off, and it was paid time. There is no CRM for Support to record and track cases. That's always been the main tool in every other support job I've worked. Without it, it's easier to lose track of long-term cases, and there's no way to determine what the msin types of cases are so Dev can work on addressing the ones that take most of our time, Remote workers can feel isolated.

We also truly appreciate your feedback around PTO, the absence of a CRM system for support tracking, and the experience of remote work. We have been diligently working to improve our CRM system and look forward to rolling that out to more teams. While we do have one PTO bucket for all time off, we regularly evaluate if we can make improvements here. As an employee’s seniority with ProLiant increase, so too does the number of PTO days each year. We also provide 2 Floating Holidays and have separate Company paid holidays. We have prioritized making a strong remote work environment to help employees feel connected to their team and to ProLiant as a whole. Pros

Access to people. The C-Suite is more engaged and willing to help with clients and prospective clients than you would see anywhere else. Managers and upper leadership actually care about what you have to say and help facilitate real change! Comp structure is one of the most lucrative opportunities I’ve ever had!! Company profit is funneled back into product development and support, not stadiums or golfers. We’re the largest payroll provider no one has ever heard of.

Cons

My only complaint which isn’t really even a complaint, is the new hire training could be a bit more robust.

Over the years it has felt like the people first mentality isn’t valued specifically in supporting and showing appreciation towards their account managers.
