Pros
I have over 30 yrs of experience in the healthcare AR field. I can honestly say that from day 1 I was not impressed. I will give prop's that the company offered bonus's to the billing and collections teams for approx 2 months. However, looking back it was about the only way management could motivate employees.
Cons
Sweat shop...no care about the quality of work, this is a pure quantity shop. In the 6 months of my employment I identified several issue's and provided solutions however never given an opportunity to seek resolution. Again, the # of paper out the door (right or wrong) out weighed the quality of work. The employee turnover and morale where horrific. No formal training nor reference material, No Integrity to doing the next right thing (in regards to AR) MICRO management; if you want to be babysat this is the employer for you!
