At ProPharma, I can do meaningful work without being micromanaged or having to worry about politics. It sounds simple, but the ability to make an impact and feel like your team has your back is important and why I enjoy working here.
Cons
normal growing pains post Workday implementation, though we are 90% of the way there, already.
