Pros

Great vision and values that are shared across the whole organisation and lived everyday. A truly inclusive and diverse culture, with extremely clever people across all departments. Great career growth that you would expect within a smaller employer over a larger corporate. They really care about their product, the brands they represent, the data and the right answers. They are going places and in a fun and funky way.Not a remote only company, but that is because they want to make sure their people and their customers get the best of our amazing talent.

Cons

Not a remote only company, but that is because they want to make sure their people and their customers get the best of their amazing talent.

Pros

The product had a lot of potential but bad leadership and terrible execution killed it. Some team members were amazing to work with.

Cons

Leadership... Very cliquey and fake group of friends and family members. For the most part inexperienced at what they do. Not even proper management experience to lift the teams up. We had so much pressure on the sales team to deliver when the product or pricing were just not competitive enough. No guidance on how to do our job. They lied to the entire company pretending that the shares would be worth something. They pushed some employees to invest in the company promising a quick positive return. Those who did invest, lost everything. They lied to new employees about the situation. They ended up firing almost everyone and kept a very small team pretending things were still going in the right direction.
