So much to learn from so many top professionals of CAE in the industry - CAE Manager ProSIM R&D Employee Review

i had 4 years of work experience in CAE in an Auto & Aero OEM for 2 years each. I got selected @ ProSIM after 4 rounds of Tech - tool tests & HR interviews. I thought i'll be technical-sound than anyone else, but it so happened that my knowledge was very limited. I took time to digest the fact, felt many times to quit the company as I used to feel inferior--trust me technically incompetent people feel the same @ Prosim-- then i had to learn the hardway and satisfied the management with my abilities and today i am happy with my job and promotions, basically i have a free hand & trust.
