-Boring monotonous work
-No training, stuck doing the same thing day-in, day-out
-cliquey
-immature environment- think uni sports lad, not professional and very rude
-Extremely salesy, was sold as a research role. It's not.
-Long long hours- more than 9. Don't expect a full lunch break ever.
Prior to leaving, all I was doing every day was sitting on LinkedIn spamming people. Maybe this has changed now, I don't know.Extremely high turnover- 1 person leaving a week. This isn't good in a company! Bonuses get taken away easily if calls are cancelled- have some lenience! Give us some money for 15 units not just 20. Team lead does the least work and takes most of the commission. Told to keep working on projects that are going nowhere, leaving less time to work on active projects.
