Pros

-Nice people -Decent pay for a grad

Cons

-Boring monotonous work -No training, stuck doing the same thing day-in, day-out -cliquey -immature environment- think uni sports lad, not professional and very rude -Extremely salesy, was sold as a research role. It's not. -Long long hours- more than 9. Don't expect a full lunch break ever. Prior to leaving, all I was doing every day was sitting on LinkedIn spamming people. Maybe this has changed now, I don't know.Extremely high turnover- 1 person leaving a week. This isn't good in a company! Bonuses get taken away easily if calls are cancelled- have some lenience! Give us some money for 15 units not just 20. Team lead does the least work and takes most of the commission. Told to keep working on projects that are going nowhere, leaving less time to work on active projects.

Pros

My time at proSapient has been incredibly formative - both professionally and personally. I joined right out of college without much knowledge of expert networking, and over the years I’ve been given opportunities to learn, grow, and take on new challenges across multiple roles. The company truly rewards curiosity and initiative; if you raise your hand for something new, you’ll have the chance to run with it. The culture is collaborative, fast-paced, and filled with smart, motivated people who genuinely care about their work and each other. Leadership fosters an environment where feedback is heard and personal development is supported. I felt valued, trusted, and encouraged to bring my authentic self to work.

Cons

Like any growing company, there can be periods of fast change and evolving priorities, which can sometimes feel challenging to navigate. But in my experience, those moments also came with opportunities to step up and learn.
