They don't bother if you are on bench for 3 months also & allow sponsorship you to take certifications like ITIL/PMP/Prince/TOGAF & other relevant Management & Leadership folks are extremely Sensible & Decent On Employee Benefits. mostly they promote or deal Remote Or WFH Or Worst Case 345 Schedule Work with Client. Some one does not have to ask/negotiate which is expected/standard. Whatever is "Should be" is provided even without asking. Awesome People & Work Culture Leadership is easily approachable & They Really 0 % Bureaucratic Thought in Comp Policy Execution. People don't really sit on work & do it immediately if it possible. Extremely Flexible. Coming to office is optional. Promote WFH highest level. For individual concern/expectations - they easily make on exception to policy & address it.
