Pros

Plenty of opportunities for overtime work :)

Cons

Bad bad bad leadership and structure... The work environment is very strict and demanding. They treat their employees like robots and just pressure everyone to work overtime. The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) is a jerk, he would walk by and barely look at you and wave. He would make mistakes on designs and then just blame someone else and make them fix it. Just a bad vibe working here overall, employees are extremely underpaid and overworked. People with bachelors degrees barely make above minimum wage. On top of this, you'll get promised a raise, but you have to beg them for it. Best advice would be to STAY AWAY! And find yourself a job at company that respects you and pays you what you deserve. Recently, more and more employees have left because of how unhappy they were and because they found jobs that pay them more reasonably.

Pros

The facility managers are very understanding and the other members of the staff are extremely kind. As a facilities technician, it can be fun to solve some of these puzzles.

Cons

Upper management seems to have no idea what they're doing. They have no idea how to prioritize work at a manufacturing facility, yet continue to hover over and second guess every decision made. Some members of upper management will literally ask you to do the impossible, and you'd have to actually display the impossibility in person in order to convince them otherwise. They'd rather have you rearrange cubicles than actually fix the non functioning equipment.
