They pay too little for the volume of work and the importance of our role in the legal process Disrespectful to its employees, serially lies to its clients. The junior partner smokes marijuana on the job and jokes about it but harasses handicapped medical cannabis state card holders who work for him. They make you sign out for 15 minute breaks like 2nd graders going on bathroom breaks even though all their employees went through criminal background checks and already have proven to be trustworthy.. The manager escorted an employee out that is handicapped and stands 3 feet tall in order to intimidate him after he made a valid point about the poor training materials supplied. The manager is one of these big steroid jock types.
