Pros

The concept and networking of the business is good. Quality members and group leaders.

Cons

ZERO stars is not available. If you want to be mentally, emotionally and verbally abused, work for this company. Spreadsheets are too advanced, no formal training, lack of structure, process and functioning website. No consistency with internal procedure, and no opportunity to contribute to making progress toward creating any.

I am deeply sorry to hear you had this experience. I am the new CEO who took over in January of this year, and I really hope that the new culture we've been creating makes for a better workplace.

Pros

Significant improvements in management have occurred in more recent years. staff retention rates are much higher than they were years ago, which makes better teams. effective communication of policies and procedures. Good work-life balance. No micromanaging. Members are easy to work with. Senior staff are easy to communicate with/easy to reach.

Cons

(if feasible) more can potentially be done to ensure staff are supported as the company continues to grow/expand it's territory. Busier seasons can occasionally lead to staff feeling overwhelmed temporarily.

Pros

The support I’ve received at ProVisors has been unparalleled compared to any other employer I’ve had. That speaks volumes, as I’ve been fortunate to work for some incredible companies and teams. ProVisors truly prioritizes gratitude, taking time each month to intentionally thank one another. It’s not just lip service—it’s genuine, and I’ve never seen anything like it in a professional setting. When I was hired, I was paired with an excellent mentor who went above and beyond to ensure my success. From thoughtfully guiding me through larger tasks to small yet impactful details—like organizing my computer folders for efficiency—this personalized support made an overwhelming learning process much more manageable. It never felt like micromanagement, but rather a genuine investment in my growth. I also appreciate how accessible everyone is. Whenever a question arises, there is always someone ready and willing to help. This culture of support and collaboration makes a significant difference.

Cons

I have not experienced any cons. The company seems truly invested in our employees as well as our members that pay for our services.
