      Pros

      The product works for most people. Actually changes lives for the better. Great location, right by LAX. Very nice offices. Amazing views. 401k match and good benefits

      Cons

      Lacks clear direction. No real leadership. Doesn't seem to understand the changing times Not a "customer first" company Does not address customer issues on social media.

      Pros

      I worked there before they were acquired by Taro Pharm. The work/life balance was very good and my manager was the best that I have ever had.

      Cons

      Very disorganized and office technology was behind. Even updating an excel file was a hassle.
