Pros

This role provided strong hands-on experience in logistics coordination and client communication. I developed skills in managing multiple accounts, prioritizing tasks effectively, and resolving problems under pressure, supported by a few outstanding, hardworking teammates.

Cons

The company has a culture of favoritism and unfair treatment. Certain individuals were consistently protected by management despite repeated issues, while others were disciplined harshly for minor mistakes. HR often overlooked serious concerns brought forward by employees and failed to address obvious cases of bias and disrespect. There were clear double standards in how policies were enforced. Some employees could engage in unprofessional conduct without consequences, while others were written up or targeted unfairly. This created a discouraging environment where speaking up or trying to do the right thing often led to retaliation instead of resolution. Despite multiple reports from staff and warehouse teams about ongoing mistreatment and poor teamwork, nothing meaningful was ever done. It became clear that performance and professionalism mattered less than personal alliances within the company.

Work life balance. Forklift operations.

Cons

Horrible upper management. Random layoffs. No performance reviews. No raise. Decent benefits. HR is in Canada and Texas and has little knowledge to California laws. Lack of integrity. They used 3 different WMS systems within 1 year.

Easy work if you are knowledgeable.

Cons

management at the CA locations are severely lacking in knowledge and expertise leading to a detrimental work place . The company seems to definitely prioritize favoritism over employee qualification , the frequent termination of employment being fired raises serious concerns .
