The people I worked with were good, hard-working people.

This company pay rate is well below industry standard. They also do not offer PTO first year in, that's just ridiculous in my opinion and sooooo old school. Benefits were nothing to brag about, goals very difficult to reach, lord knows the company doesn't want to pay people anything! So glad I left this company and didn't spend too much time with them. I found other hotel organizations better suited, better paying, better benefits, actual work/life balance. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
