Pros
Work isn't too bad. I actually like working here and love the job itself. Its pretty easy and you get decent pay. I'm not a very sickly person so I have no clue how insurance compares to other companies.
Cons
Management micro manages the hell out of you. Its annoying. I've never work at a job where you get yelled at for doing your job. It gets disheartening at times. I wouldn't recommend staying here longer than you have to. This place is an ok stepping stone in my honest opinion.
