      Pros

      it's terrible to do design work in this company. Imagine in your brain every piece and assembly in 3D but produce your fabrication drawing only in 2D, because they don't work in 3D. Many errors in lot of drawings, even the machine they've made. They ask you to finish your design work in only about half of the time normly required so everybody do overtime. The worst thing, they lay off employee every 3-4 month.

      Cons

      no challenges, only pressure, endless pressure.

      Pros

      - Lots of time to get familiar with the company and job throughout training. - Professional and proper work environment (meaning no ass-holes work here) - Great supervisor and co-workers. - Good work benefits. - Multi language workplace (English/French/Spanish/Romanian) - Some flexibility - Work load and work type varies - Finish early on Fridays - Some room for growth in other departments - Accessible by Metro.

      Cons

      - Start at 7:30 am - Work load and work type varies - Commute can be long if you can't use the metro.
