Pros

Hybrid working Flexible working Some colleagues are nice

Cons

- There are no clear processes. Procentia spend so much money and time on bringing in new 'leaders' and consultants to try and improve Procentias operations, but it doesn't work. - That's because Procentia is people driven, and there are a lot of difficult people in the business who won't change, so they shut down processes. Or, they aren't competent so they cannot effectively manage and improve Procentia. - There is far too much internal friction to even get through the day - this gives burnout in the sense that you are fatigued from trying to move anything along. - Certain leaders have brought in 'heads of' or c-suites because they used to work with them - this has proved to not be efficient. We have seen no improvement from these people even after a year of them coming in and apparently 'changing everything'. - No love for BAU clients - all the focus is on implementations and new bids, which means the clients are complaining and escalating every day. We cannot deliver change for clients because all the resource is on implementations. There are no promotions unless you are 'special' and rub management up the right way. There are no pay rises, apart from again if you are 'special' if you know what I mean. CEO goes on about one procentia, yet the majority of SLT are so difficult to work with, nothing ever moves along and tensions are high.
