Well funded, kitchen with free food, friendly people, and company meetings where you learn about the company's progress in other departments
Cons
Still working at refining processes and making a structured environment. A few growing pains for scaling. Fast paced. Some coworkers don't respond to email so you have to find them in person which is frustrating.
