Pros
Growing company with business-oriented management that believes in technical excellence and treating its employees well. Flat hierarchy, very open about workload and financial performance. Very competitive compensation and benefits including stock ownership and profit sharing potential. BTW GlassDoor: the current CEO is Grant Mitchell, not Jeff Rankin. That's one of the Pros about Process Plus: that management/leadership is rotational vs. "job for life."
Cons
Suburban location is attractive to employees who already lived close to the old office location and are established in the 'burbs, but not so much to emerging professionals who increasingly prefer an active downtown residency and social life.
