Pros
This is a great experience for an intern. The people who work there are very knowledgeable in their field and give you a lot of responsibility right from the start. The work they are doing is very interesting and can help to develop a great skills set for a variety of industries.
Cons
The pay is very low even for a first co-op position and there is not a great safety culture. You must take it upon yourself to operate in you daily tasks safely.
