Pros

I started with Process Stream about 5 years ago, when there were less than 10 people. During that time, there has been a lot of growth (2 offices, 1 major expansion). The company really cares about its employees and does unique things to reward them. The management team has an open-door policy so you feel like your voice is heard. I have recommended Process Stream to many of my consulting friends. It's by far one of the best places I have worked.

Cons

The open office layout can be noisy at times.

Pros

I’ve been here for about 5 years now and it’s been one of my best professional experiences thus far and a great journey. It’s a Growing company that rewards its employees that work hard, show initiative and are team players. The company focuses on being better and using your best judgement which frankly empowers individuals, teams, and their community to be their best and do more. It’s a good opportunity for professional growth. I started out as an analyst and have been able to grow and catapulte into a senior consultant in a relatively short time partly due to their acknowledgment of hard work dedication and talent, partly because they encourage learning, certification, and professional development programs, and partly because of their organic growth. They offer benefits including matching 401k, few days work from home weekly, adequate vacation, work from home fridays in the summer, and smaller perks like catering lunches and taking teams out for birthday lunches, etc. The culture and other team members foster your ability to work hard but still allow for a solid work life balance. Office location is right in the heart of the princeton area with easy access to Route 1, turnpike, train, 295/95. There’s a reason why they keep winning best places to work in NJ I think 3 years in a row now!

Cons

It’s a google like open office so it may get loud at times but there’s Conference and focus rooms you can jump into for meetings, quiet time, etc
