Pros
- Good work/life balance - Great new employee orientation/onboarding - Some nice benefits and perks - Friendly design community
Cons
- Lots of reorgs lately, shifting strategy, which has been giving all the employees a sense of instability and insecurity. Coincidentally, a bunch of great leaders left Procore around the same time, which unfortunately isn't making it feel great to work here anymore. - Not allowing remote workers to move :( :( Seems like we can only be moving to Austin or Bangalore due to some business decision made by executives. - Most of my team members are now across the globe, which makes collaboration more difficult. We have about 1 hour in the morning to collaborate, but a majority of that time has to be spent aligning with each other rather than taking strides forward. - Recruiters rushed the hiring process on my team, which means we had a short period of time to make very important decisions that would affect the future of our team.
