Pros
Good working place, there is always something to do and opportunities to learn. People are open-minded and kind. The organization feels flat, everybody can bring something to the table without barriers. Love the fact that the office is at 10 minutes by bike by the river from the city center. In short, a fast-paced company with a great culture & lot of challenges.
Cons
No restaurant tickets, no big group advantages since it's still a startup
