The CEO, Biplab Chaudhuri, micromanages every job and decision. He exploits others (employees and clients alike) and manipulates people to achieve what's best for him. He is selfish and ruthless; clients and employees need to beware of this type of person. He operates on the fringes of ethical behavior often times celebrating inappropriate actions which work to only make himself wealthier. The CEO, Biplab, regularly passes off misinformation as facts in order to gain business. He submits false employee benefits and actions in order to win business awards. It would not be surprising if he creates fake profiles on Glassdoor to counter all the negative reviews. His business dealings are not to be trusted. Any company held by PNC Capital, Cognatic, or Vetzu often operates with untrained and unqualified staff. Biplab has among the worst leadership skills I've ever seen. He touts his credentials from the University of Chicago Booth School but he does not practice anything from that executive education. He should desist from sharing he's an alumnus because he demonstrates the worst of any business leader. He often takes pride in belittling workers. He regularly curses and demeans everyone around him. On a personal level, he is a very insecure individual that looks to validate his success by stepping and exploiting others. Biplab is a very litigious person who looks to gain an unfair edge any way possible. He is willing to make backdoor deals and possibly break the law to get what he wants. He regularly shifts employees between India and US in order to save money with little regard for the quality of work or the impact on employees. He has operations in the US, India, and Costa Rica. All of his clients should check this review and research Biplab Chaudhuri before deciding to do business with him or any of his businesses.
