the team members I work with directly are great, and everyone else I’ve met has also been friendly.
Cons
uncompetitive product, below market pay, never ending chaos. Truth of the matter is long-term nepotism and poor management has left the company in bad shape. With the four-day workweek being phased out, there's not much of a reason to stay anymore.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts on Procurify! Given the variety of concerns you've raised, we highly encourage you to connect with leadership. This will allow you to directly express how you're feeling with those who can actively help, hear their perspective on each issue, and enable them to find solutions that can enhance your overall experience at Procurify.
I’ve been with Procurify for three years, and the evolution I’ve witnessed has been incredible. We’ve matured from a scrappy team into a sophisticated organization, yet we’ve managed to keep our soul intact.
For me, the standout has been the culture of psychological safety. It is a space where I’ve been able to take big risks, evolve in my career, and feel truly backed by those around me.
The cross-collaboration here is the real deal—it doesn’t matter what department you’re in, it feels like we are all one team pulling in the same direction. It’s also rare to find a senior leadership team that is this genuine. They don’t just talk about caring; they follow through with consistent action. It’s been an exciting journey, and the people truly make the experience.
Cons
The "scale-up" life isn't for everyone. Because we are maturing and evolving so quickly, you really need to be someone who is agile and flexible. If you prefer a highly predictable, static environment where nothing changes, you might find the pace challenging. To thrive here, you have to be comfortable with the "build" phase and enjoy the energy of a company that is constantly leveling up.
