-Great leadership team that is transparent, communicative, and truly cares about their team members. -Strong commitment to culture (following through vs. just repeating values). -We work hard but there is also a great respect for work/life balance. Company-wide mandatory PTO days are amazing for forced de-stressing. -Product is fun, fills a big need in the industry and has an exciting roadmap so team is passionate about the business we are building.

-We are a startup so things change quickly which can be hard to keep up with. -Decent amount of hiring in last 6 months so onboarding/integrating new employees is something we need to focus on.

Michia, the CEO, is a stellar leader who focuses on empowering people to do their best work. The company as a whole is eager to invest in its people, and the team is filled with smart, fun, easygoing people who I'm constantly learning from.

None that I can think of, other than a flat org structure (very common in early stage startups) which may limit advancement opportunities for some, however, the ownership that you get in each role is far beyond what you would encounter at a larger company with more specific linear advancement paths, so the downside is simply a matter of perception for people who are very focused on titles.
