My experience with ProDT Consulting Services was extremely disappointing and detrimental to my career. Here are the key concerns I faced during my tenure: Delayed or No Salary: For multiple months, employees—including myself—did not receive salaries on time, sometimes not at all for over three months. This created immense financial and mental stress.Still not received after 45 days. Unjustified PIP & Termination: Performance Improvement Plans (PIP) were issued without any clear explanation or performance metrics. Terminations often occurred suddenly, without proper valid reason. Toxic Onsite Environment: There was consistent inappropriate behavior from senior team members onsite. Instead of support and mentorship, many juniors faced humiliation and disrespect. "Hire & Fire" Culture: Job security is virtually nonexistent. Employees are hired and fired at will, with little regard for their contributions or circumstances. Lack of Management & Direction: The company suffers from poor management. There is no clear hierarchy or accountability, leading to chaos and confusion in day-to-day operations. Damaging to Career Growth: Rather than fostering growth, the company environment stunts development. Constructive feedback, learning opportunities, and skill-building are almost absent. Internal Politics: Favoritism, office politics, and internal manipulation are rampant, further demotivating genuine performers. Underqualified Leadership: Many in senior positions lack the knowledge, experience, and leadership skills to guide or support teams effectively. Final Verdict: If you’re a professional looking to grow in a healthy and ethical work environment, I strongly advise against joining ProDT. The risks to your career, mental health, and financial stability are far too high.
