Pros
- Good place to start a sales career. You can speak both English and your native language, and really get experience even if you have no previous sales background.
- Multicultural and young environment with nice colleagues.
Cons
- Very poor management overall. Lack of transparency at all levels. Also, team leads have too many meetings and are not always present to help you out - some are more than others though.
- No benefits whatsoever (no sick leaves), and you even pay more than the other companies of the building at the canteen.
- Very long and repetitive training, too general and not practical enough.
- Poor remove IT support.
- The maintenance and management of Salesforce are catastrophic. Too many bugs and very illogical conditions that can lead you to lose sight or ownership on many deals.
- No culture at all. No introduction of the newcomers to the entire team.
- Be prepared to see the CEO trying to interfere with your career opportunities if you ever decide to leave. Several proven cases, both recently or in the past.
- No incentives anymore for the best performers.
- Bad location. Quite far from the city centre.
