      Pros

      This company was an excellent start up to be a part. Sadly, the company's board opted to sell so all clients were off-boarded, but if given the opportunity, would join the company again.

      Cons

      There was a lot that was not able to be controlled externally for the company.

      Pros

      The team was super supportive. Leadership was passionate about the mission and ensured my experience was a learning process for me as a developer.

      Cons

      Because it was a small company, development was fast-paced, but that is the nature of the industry.
