Great co-workers, you learn equipment with ability to progress forward for those who work hard. No crazy OT hours expected.
Cons
Zero HR representation in Canada. All direction comes from the US leadership which handicaps local management at times. Wage disparity among same job functions has been an ongoing problem for quite some time.
