Pros
- Clients are typically nice - Staff is usually supportive - Some days are chill where you can finish homework or watch shows - If you like working OT, you can get plenty
Cons
- Some clients are aggressive, I was told by one that they wanted to r*pe/kill me - Pay is low and not competitive with similar companies, raises are rare - Horribly understaffed with high turnover, and if the next shift doesn’t show, you’re forced to work 15 hours straight - If you have a problem with your job, they’ll suggest moving you to a different location instead of fixing the issue
