Having a flexible schedule, Employee care and great management. Good work environment (colleagues, atmosphere in the office,..). Great team-buildings and many company events.
Cons
Personal attendance at weekly meetings is required. Terrible IT equipment (laptop). Not the best assignment of tasks and also cooperation with consultants.
