As the title of this review suggests, ProdWare has a very transparent model, where you can directly talk to the Employer and clarify your concerns. Although a few of the consulting firms do this already, this one differs from the fact that they not only are open, but also work on your favor and help you out, if your case is genuine. Also, they have a lot of Contacts/Large Clients with direct partnership which helps you to stay-on in your job for a period that's more than anticipated. They also hear the employees' concerns and take steps even to the level of changing the benefits package offered as part of your job (not many Consulting firms do it).
