- Market base pay - Commission system based on total amount of sales (not number of patients) - Timings 1-9 PM. you can choose your hours as long as you complete the total hours. - every other Saturday is off. Sundays are off - CRM system used - Give you a laptop and phone - Do not bother you after work or expect you to work after hours - Don't have to go to the clinic - Does not require a degree or experience - Good if you're interested in making quick money and not worried about working like a drone - Has good commission, bonus system but I didn't work long enough to see if its actually reachable.

- Closed, dark, suffocating office space - Very controlling and micro-manage - 30 minute lunch break. Kitchen is very small and cramped and you have to cross the boss's office going there making you feel guilty and aware of the time you are spending eating - No interaction or social time between employees. Barely anyone says 'hi' to one another - Cameras everywhere, feel like you're being watched all the time and can get punished. Panopticon vibes - Do not give you food card for the first month (got to know this later after I started working) - Building not too bad but location is crap. Next to a waste disposal center. Road smells like garbage. Saw a man urinating in public. - Work/ Life balance not good. No paid holidays. If you take a holiday, it gets deducted from your salary. Only religious holidays off.
