Pros
Mostly managable profit goals, according finance planing, so it was a quite stable (developing even) workplace during the covid- and financial crisis too. Friendly vibes, from all the collagues.
Cons
Micromanaging is a farely new thing here, not particularly serious issue, but it was nonexistent before, so it makes me a little uncomfortable. Too much teambuilding event for my taste, not a big fan of spending this much time from my freetime with work events or trips.
