      Pros

      There are flexible with the shift they had benefit you got paid mileage

      Cons

      Overworked very underpaid very unorganized managers and leads would constantly yell at you backstabbing drama they didn't match the 401k plan the insurance benefits you're way too high and if you got hurt on the job or had to take time off because your car needed fixed I've seen a few cases where they just fire you instead
