Good Schedule and flexible with time off

no commission pay only 6 holidays off

Manager was very casual and laid back. Team members got along and helped each other. Due to small office size (only 4 employees at this branch) didn’t have to deal with office politics.

Mgt did not seem to be open to employee feedback, ideas or suggestions. Paid time off was only 2 weeks vacation. You had to work there for 10 years before you earned an additional week.
