      Pros

      - small size team -one on one coaching with management - decent pay - location convient

      Cons

      - horrible management - so unprofessional - so hostile and demeaning - everyone has an "I'm better than you attitude" - they are a huge scam, it is cold calling and sales telemarketing just well worded -the commission aspect of the job is a joke - their "hr" department and the "no retaliation" policy" is an exception to management

      Easy to enter company in qualifying or sales and move up in the company.

      No benefits, Occasional lack of communication in upper management.

      Good Customer Service, at least what's left of it 8-5 Monday-Friday

      Cons

      Basically scams old people No HR department Upper management treats you like dirt Extremely fast turn over rate for "BDC's" Hostile work environment Insurance for a month before massive lay offs
