Pros

Good hours, Good pay and Good management. These guys have a great vision towards helping their employees to create a sustainable future. Mutual respect, friendly environment and abundant growth opportunities are some of the factors that I adore in Professional Soft-Tech.

Cons

If you yourself are incapable, I think its not correct to blame the company! From my side I see no cons for this company.

Pros

-- You will learn new things if you are newbie and starting up your career ( Jr Developer ) and don't know how professional developers work. (But that is obvious that if one is at zero level any good or bad job will teach them something.) -- Apart from management (which is totally self centered and money minded who always think of their benefit only) developers are friendly and always been helping. -- If you are a money making developer for company and fully obedient guy for them, you will get good incentives. (Like you are a php developer but you learnt iOS or Android developing and complete a project which would make their profile strong and start a new category on work).

Cons

-- Developers working there for more than 2 years, still don't know latest technologies and tools which have been involved in php web development since couple of years. Due to this problem they are not able to crack interviews outside and they are unable to switch and so here they are under paid. -- Very poor annual appraisal. (around 10% to 15%). Some senior developers who have been working there more than 3 years are still getting less than 25K. -- Not a single Saturdays off. So if you have any outside liabilities (going to bank, govt offices or any family duties) you have to take half day/full day or few hours of leave. -- Annual public holidays being observed are very less. No Rakshabandhan, No 15th Aug, No Christmas, only 2 days at Diwali. -- Not proper resources. (You can not use AC even in summer.) -- No co-curricular activities at all. -- Silly rules. ( (1) Like: if you are last developer to leave you have the responsibility to check if your row of PC are properly switched off from plug or not. If you failed to do so, you will be fined. (2)If you forget your tiffin/lunch box in pantry area over the night, you will be fined 100-200 Rs. ) -- If you resign even after couple of years, they would mis guide you, saying that you are working in a good Environment and other companies will treat you as a machine and bla bla, And the worst thing they would tell you is: "Ok as you are leaving the company, you will be BLACK LISTED in our records and company will not consider you in future if you want to come back ever! So no emails or phone calls will be entertained if you approach us to come back" -- Literally you will feel slaves working for some specific purpose/goal of your masters. -- The developer strength was around 16-17 but now there are half of them. -- I BELIEVE THAT ALL THE GOOD REVIEWS WRITTEN ON THE BOARD ARE EITHER FAKE OR WRITTEN BY THE MANAGEMENT ONLY. BECAUSE 99% OF EMPLOYEES ARE NOT HAVING JOB SATISFACTION THERE.

This review is more of a personal outrage and doesnt contain the facts and contradicts itself. For eg. the reviewer says that annual increments are about 10 to 15 percent per annum which itself is a big hike for any IT company. Secondly at the time of joining, we already specify the rules and regulations documents and have them signed by the developer that is joining which specifies our working days includes Saturday. Even after knowing that Saturday is a working day, how can one expect to change the company operation days after joining. We do provide alot of casual leaves for personal work during working days for compensation. We have never deducted salary anytime even for employees that exceed the quota of casual leaves. There is not a single instance of fine of any type collected since our initiation. We treat employees as our family members and colleages. Never ever there is a employer/employee type of behaviour observed in the company. Our developers know and work on all of the latest technologies and are easily able to settle in megacities like Ahmedabad, Pune etc. We also have frequent 100% company paid dinners and picnics arranged for employee motivation and encouragement. This is the reason our company is highly sought for and very popular choice for applicants.
