Pay is great and fair

Work hours are not good

Good medical benefits. It's a job.

Most upper management that doesn't work in the barn are very unfair and dishonest. Most times when some one gets terminated the put the reason as misconduct and other as the reason which makes it impossible without fighting for months to get unemployment. They do these supposed investigations and then u get pulled into the office and terminated without being able to defend yourself or prove yourself and prove they are wrong...this happens to most employees that speak about about issues and they don't care to listen. It's not family oriented at all. You have to fight to get your termination report and then when u get it it gives no reason as to why they terminated you. When you try to contact HR they answer one time then don't do what they say they will and refuse to answer your calls..I literally had to use a different phone to call to get a person on the phone and they answer right away. Tell me what's wrong with that picture. Do not work for this company. You will be very dissatisfied. If I could give negative stars I would. I will be seeking legal help for wrongful termination.
