The salary was absolutely fair, the team spirit was great. Nothing about working extra time for free. Was really pleasant to work with this people. Attractive package and relatively good atmosphere. What else do you need?

KPI system. Is it something challenging? I think it's absolutely normal nowadays to set up some clear goals and to monitor the business processes in accordance to our goals. We are allowed to analyze our performance and it's just how it must be. Even when it's boring and annoying from time to time to write down what you've been doing :)

Good products (mostly), German backing, well invested
