PROFIRE Safety Consultants has been a wonderful work environment where my journey in HR had seen numerous challenges. Being a person who is upfront to work in a challenging environment, I had the chance to upskill my knowledge and expertise and I would definitely rejoice in my experience with PROFIRE team. On the whole a great place to learn by experiencing scenarios.

Decision-making is centralized and may have a partial impact on employee performance. The employee compensation and benefits are not catered in diligence by the management, the performance cycle doesn't seem to reflect on pay scale due to biased decisons.
