Pros
Had some great coworkers, ability to work remotely at the time. Pay was decent.
Cons
Management praised people for "hitting their metrics" who weren't even resolving the client's problems and they didn't care about it at all, as long as numbers were met they didn't care if you fixed the problem or not. May have changed since I was last there but pretty toxic at that time.
