Pros
The supervisor/owner is easy to speak to when a concern rises, he will review all options and make an appropriate change. He takes the time to educate you and answer questions. He schedules more supervision than any other boss I have ever had.
Cons
When first starting hours will be minimum but is dedicated to training and shadowing. Schedules need to be flexible, hours may not be perfect all the time. Hours change constantly. It is not consistent pay, but he provides staff the opportunity to do training when clients cancel on staff.
