Pros

The work is truly rewarding. The hours for subs are flexible. All training is paid. Fellow employees are friendly. Administration is concerned for employee and client well-being.

Cons

There are hills and valleys when it comes to how many hours one can expect to get. Some months there are work opportunities coming out of your ears. Other times there are weeks when you'll be lucky to pull 20 hours.
