There is nothing positive about this company

The owner of this company needs a serious wake up call and needs to stop relying on his mommy to get by. He is a narcissist who constantly needs an ego stroke. When we’d have one on one discussions I’d have to constantly reassure that everything was okay and he was right about everything we spoke of. It was beyond exhausting to deal with. The accountant he relied on was a mess and ended up in my being fired for no reason. Had no problem talking so much crap about the accountant yet listened to the accountant when she said to fire me. Had the audacity to say I wasn’t fit as an office manager nor fit for a small business. Lucky I didn’t sue for discrimination! Jokes on him. I’m an office manager for a small business right after he fired me and going strong.
